Research fellowships of the Institute Coase to “Institutions and Adaptation to Climate Change in Developing Countries”
The Institute Ronald Coase offers an excellent opportunity for young scholars interested in studying the role of local institutions in adaptation to climate change in developing countries. As part of its research program, the institute will fund up to three competitive grants of up to $20,000 each.
The focus of the research is ‘Institutions and Adaptation to Climate Change in Developing Countries’. The scholarships are aimed at supporting empirical research to explore how the institutions, both formal and informal, can influence the ability of a country to respond and adapt to the impacts of climate change.
